 We serve anyone who needs lab work done — from busy professionals and parents to elderly individuals or those with mobility challenges. We also work with healthcare providers, caregivers, and facilities. 


 We currently serve Philadelphia, Montgomery, and Delaware Counties in PA. If you're unsure whether we cover your location, just reach out and ask! 


Yes. A prescription or lab order from your healthcare provider is required before we can perform any blood draws or specimen collection. 


 You can contact us directly via phone or email. We make it quick and easy to get care on your schedule!


service policies & guidelines

We are committed to providing reliable, safe, and professional phlebotomy services in the comfort of your own space. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please review the following policies before booking your appointment.


  • A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
     
  • This deposit will be applied to your total balance.
     
  • Full payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
     
  • Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
     
  • A valid prescription or order from a licensed physician is required for all phlebotomy services.
     
  • Clients must submit their prescription prior to the scheduled appointment via email or secure upload.
     
  • We do not perform blood draws or lab collections without a doctor's order.
     
  • Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule your appointment and transfer your deposit.
     
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the deposit.
     
  • Multiple missed appointments may result in denied future services.

     

 Client Safety & Responsibility

  • Ensure a clean, quiet, and safe environment for the phlebotomy procedure.
     
  • If you're feeling unwell, have a fever, or have been exposed to a contagious illness, please reschedule.
     
  • We reserve the right to decline service if safety or policy requirements are not met.
